Ingredients

    Chicken of the Sea Pink Salmon (in pouch), 24 oz.
    1 cup unseasoned bread crumbs
    1/2 cup egg substitute
    1 medium red pepper
    1 medium onion
    2 stalks celery
    1 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp garlic powder

Directions

Finely chop red pepper, onion, and celery. Combine chopped veggies with salmon, bread crumbs, and spices and mix well. Spray non-stick skillet lightly with cooking spray. Form 12 patties and cook in skillet until slightly browned and heated through.
Makes 12 patties, approximately 4" round.
