Sweet Potato Gooey Butter Cake

    Betty Crocker Supermoist Yellow Cake, 18.25 oz (remove)
    Butter, unsalted, 2 stick (remove)
    Cream Cheese, 8 oz (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 4 large (remove)
    Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt, 3 medium (2" dia, 5" long, raw) (remove)
    *Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 24 tsp (remove)
    *Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 24 tsp (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Ginger, ground, 1 tsp (remove)


Crust: mix cake mix, 1 egg, 1 stick melted butter until dough forms. Press into the bottom of a lightly greased 9x13 pan. Preheat oven to 350. Beat cooked sweet potatoes with softened cream cheese until smooth. Add 1 stick melted butter, 3 eggs, beating well after each addition, vanilla and spices, add sugars, beat until creamy and smooth. Spread on top of the crust. Bake 40 to 50 minutes. Do not overbake or it won't be gooey!
