Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 1.5 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 medium
    Milk, 1%, 1/8 C cup
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Paprika, 1 tsp
    Sage, ground, .5 tsp

Directions

Combine the egg and milk in a bowl. Combine bread crumbs, pepper, paprika and sage in a bowl. Cut the chicken breasts into nugget size chunks. Dip the chicken pieces into the egg mixture then coat with the bread crumb mixture. Place in a baking pan. Bake at 325° for 30-45 min.
