Spray your red peppers with fat free cooking spray and roast in the oven on a baking sheet for about 30 minutes at 400. Remove seeds and let cool enough to pull skin off. Drain 2 cans of chick peas, approx. 3 cups. Put the peas, pepper and cumin into a food processor and blend until smooth. 48 1 tbsp servings.
