Introduction

One of the many ways to eat Quinoa! Eat alone or with Chicken! One of the many ways to eat Quinoa! Eat alone or with Chicken!

Ingredients

    1 cup (dry) Quinoa. Cook as directed
    1/2 cup chopped RED onion
    1 cup chickpeas
    1/4 cup sunflower seeds
    1/5 cup chopped parsley
    1 garlic clove minced
    Juice of one lemon
    1 cup brocolli coarsley chopped

Directions

Chop all the veggies and toss all ingredients together! EAT!
