Ingredients

    1 can (10.75 oz) can cream of 99% Fat Free broccoli soup, undiluted
    1/2c. skim milk
    2 c. uncooked Stove Top Stuffing crumbs
    4 flounder fillets (3oz)
    1 box (10 oz) frozen broccoli spears, thawed
    Paprika

Directions

Preheat oven to 375F. Spray a 9 x 9 baking dish with PAM. Combine soup and milk in medium bowl. Set aside 1/2 cup soup mixture.

Combine stuffing crumbs and soup mix in the bowl; pat into the prepared baking pan.

Place fish on clean work surface. Arrange 1 broccoli spear crosswise on narrow end of fillet. Starting at narrow end, roll up fish. Place over stuffing mixture; seam side down. Repeat with remaining fillets and broccoli.

Scatter and remaining broccoli between fillets. Spoon remaining 1/2 cup of soup mixture over broccoli and fish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.

Serving size: 1 fillet with 1/2 cup stuffing mixture.
