Introduction

A classic dish my way (I love garlic! :) ) A classic dish my way (I love garlic! :) )
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 Roma tomatoes, sliced
    half of an eggplant, peeled and thin slices
    3 cups zucchini, sliced
    8 cloves garlic, minced
    1 T olive oil
    1 T each of basil and marjoram
    parsley (5 sprigs calculated)
    Salt to taste (4 dashes calculated)

Directions

heat oil in pan, add garlic and saute till heated through. Add all other ingredients and saute till cooked through and soft. Serve with rice or couscous.
