This is one of those recipes that just gives you the basic idea. You can use any meat, cheese and veggie combination you like. Any leftovers reheat beautifully in the micro-wave. Ingredients

Pillsbury Crescent Recipe Creations-6 servings per roll, 6 serving
Egg, fresh, 4 large
Better 'n' Eggs egg substitute, 1 cup
Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, 1 tbs
Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) sliced
Ham, regular (11% fat), 56 grams cut into small cubes
Feta Cheese, 2 oz sliced or crumbled
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll Recipe Creations and pat or roll to make just a little bit larger, This is your pizza crust. Place on lined cookie sheet.
Heat oil in non-stick skillet over medium heat, add onion. Stir and cook until carmelized. Sprinkle onions and ham over pizza crust.
Beat eggs and egg substitute adding any seasoning you prefer. Pour into same skillet you just carmelized your onions in. Scramble eggs until soft set, not completely done (they will finish cooking in the oven). Spoon eggs over onions and ham distributing evenly.
Bake approximately 12 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top and return to oven for about another 5 minutes or until the crust is nicely browned.
