Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup quinoa
    2 cups vegetable broth
    1 tbsp curry powder
    1 tbsp ginger
    5 oz. raisins (small box)
    8 tbsp salba®

Directions

Bring the vegetable broth to a boil and add the quinoa and spices. Cover and cook for 12 to 15 minutes, until quinoa is soft and fluffy.
Stir in pre-soaked raisins and Salba®. (http://www.sourcesalba.com)
Eat warm or after refrigerating.

    It’s a whole food (not processed or engineered). It has the highest source of Omega 3's and fibre found in nature as well as a host of other things (calcium and iron, potassium and protein and other vitamins and minerals). I skip a mulivitamin, not required as I get everything I need right her
