Introduction

Ingredients

    2 eggs, beaten
    1 smashed banana
    1/2 c applesauce
    1 cup old fashioned oats
    1/4 or less sugar (optional)
    1 cup Bisquick
    1/8 t fresh ground nutmeg

Directions

Hey this is really easy!!! Just mix it all together! Spray pan with Pam. Cook 'em up!

You can eat 2 large pancakes per serving. I don't think you can actually eat anymore than that! They are filling!!!

Adding thinly sliced cheddar cheese and maple syrup add calories, but make it AWESOME! Please enter those yourself. Everyone likes more or less of them.
