Ingredients

2.41 Beef Eye round roast, cubed
4small onion, cubed
1 lb carrots, sliced
6 potatoes, cubed
1/4 c. seasoned flour
1 tsp tyme
1 t sp basil
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp marjoram
Directions
put some water in the bottom of your crock. cube meat and season with seasoned flour. process the other ingredients and add them to the crock.
Stir or mix the ingredients. Add more water until you can see it about 1 inch from the top. Set crock on high and cook for 5-6 hours on high, longer on low.
Seasoned flour: 1 c. flour, 1tsp no salt, 1 tsp papriks, 1/4 tsp pepper
