Quick Tuna Omlette

Introduction

Quick and easy , high protein - low carb meal that anyone can make! Quick and easy , high protein - low carb meal that anyone can make!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 can chunk light tuna in water
    2 medium eggs
    1 reduced fat string cheese
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/4 teaspoon Tabasco jalapeno sauce
    1/8 teaspoon paprika
    1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

Drain tuna and place in small frying pan over med-low heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until pinkness disappears. Mix eggs, garlic powder, Tabasco sauce, paprika and black pepper in bowl. Pour egg mixture over tuna and top with pieces of string cheese. Cover and let cook until eggs are set and cheese melts. Makes 2 servings
