Oriental Noodle Salad

Introduction

A delish salad. For a break from the norm. splenda can be subbed for sugar. A delish salad. For a break from the norm. splenda can be subbed for sugar.

Ingredients

    oriental ramen noodles - two packs
    1 pkg of coleslaw salad mix
    1 bunch of scallions
    slivered almonds
    sunflower seeds
    cider vinegar
    olive oil
    sugar or splenda

Directions

Mix coleslaw, green onions, almonds, sunflower seeds, and broken Ramen noodles in large bowl.

Mix vinegar, oil, sugar/splenda, and Ramen noodle flavor packets in a separate bowl.

Pour dressing over salad mix right before serving so all ingredients stay crisp.

*I usually keep them separate so if i have leftovers I can add dressing when I eat it. Otherwise the noodles get soggy.
