Buffalo Chicken Salad

    1 bagged salad
    6 oz. chicken breast, thawed
    1 cup Franks Buffalo Sauce
    1/4 c. 2% shredded Mexican cheese
    1 green onion
    1 oz. tortilla chips, crushed
    3 strips ready-to-eat bacon
    4 tbsp light ranch dressing


1. Marinate chicken in 1/2 cup Franks Buffalo Sauce for approximately 30 minutes.

2. Sautee chicken in marinade until cooked.

3. Slice bacon and microwave on high for 30 seconds.

4. Split remaining dry ingredients between two plates.

5. Put bacon over the top.

6. Lay cooked chicken over salad bed.

7. Pour remaining buffalo sauce over the top

8. Pour 2 tbsp of light ranch onto each salad
