Alfredo sauce(reduced fat)

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    3-5 cloves garlic crushed
    2 tsp basil
    2tsp parsley
    nonstick cooking spray
    3/4 c veggie broth
    1c fat free 1/2 & 1/2
    1/4 c parmesan
    1 skinless chicken breast grilled cubed
    2 c broccoli florets grilled
    1tsp potato starch (to thicken)

Directions

Spray skillet w/non stick spray, over low heat cook crushed garlic with basil and parsley about 5 min.
Add veggie broth and let simmer for a few minutes then add 1/2 & 1/2 and cheese let it warm up then sprinkle in potato starch to thicken (can use corn starch)
Toss chicken and broccoli in sauce and serve over pasta. (nutritional info does not include pasta) Serves two heart portions.
