'Buttermilk' Coleslaw

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    6 cups shredded cabbage
    8 tsp Lemon Juice
    3 tsp Honey
    1/2 tsp Celery Salt
    1 tsp Garlic Powder
    1 tsp Black Pepper
    1 1/3 cups Non-Fat Yogurt (or buttermilk)
    1/4 cup Raisins

Directions

In a medium bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.

Chill until serving.

Makes four 3/4 cup servings
