1 cup flour 1 egg medium 1 cup canned whole cramberry's 1/4 cupmilk 1 tsp oil 1 tsp baking powder 4 tsp sugar 1 tbsp oil
Put 1 cup flour in medium bowl, In four cup measuring cup, mix cranberry's, milk 1 tsp oil, baking powder, sugar, add to flour and mix untill smoth, if more liquid is needed use milk. use remaining oil for cooking. these can be served the way they are, or u can add pancake syrup.
Really good! I made my a little different. Used half whole wheat flour, splenda blend instead of sugar, and egg beaters instead of the egg. I just ate them as is. This is a recipe I will make again!
