Introduction

Easy one dish mock alfredo type sauce but a lower fat version. Fat can be cut down by using low fat or fat free soup and milk. You won't believe this isn't a high fat alfredo sauce! Ingredients

    chicken
    pasta
    milk
    soup, cream of mushroom
    parmesan cheese
    pepper
    broccoli
    mushroom, optional
    garlic, optional

Directions

Brown chicken breasts in skillet. Cook pasta. (Whole wheat or low carb. pasta makes the recipe healthier!) Add broccoli to pasta for the last three minutes of cooking. Drain pasta and broccoli. Mix soup, milk, pepper, and parmesan together and pour over cooked cubed chicken in skillet. Add drained pasta and broccoli..mushrooms and garlic. Heat until warm. Serve.
