Introduction

Split pea soup. Split pea soup.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Split dried green peas
    Ham
    Carrots
    Celery
    Onions
    Garlic
    Water

Directions

Add water to large stock pot; set at medium heat . All ham (or ham bone) and then turn down to slow simmer. Add dried peas and veggies. Simmer for at least 2 hours on low heat. Season to taste.
