4 Servings: 1-1/4 Steak Mix w/ 1/2 c Rice
Cut Steak against grain into 1" Slices. Combine with garlic and red pepper, tossing well to coat. Mix Soy sauce, sugar and corn starch in small bowl w/ wisk until dissolved.
Heat Sesame oil in large skillet on med-high heat. Add sugar snap peas and stir fry 1 min. Add meat and stir fry 2 min. Add soy mixture and stir fry 1 min, or until sauce becomes thick.
Sprinkle each serving with chopped Cilantro if desired.
