Salmon Curry and Nut Salad

Introduction

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    7 oz can of pink salmon
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    1/4 cup chopped apple
    1 tbs raisins chopped
    1/2 tsp curry powder
    1/4 tsp kosher salt
    1/8 cup chopped nuts (pecans, almonds, hazelnuts or walnuts)
    splash of cider vinegar
    1/4 cup nonfat yogurt
    ground black pepper
    dash of cayenne pepper if desired


Directions

Break up salmon in a bowl and then mix all ingredients together. Either serve right away on sandwich bread or with crackers... or it's great by itself. Will keep in the fridge for about 3 days.
