Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Cup fresh Broccoli, chopped
    1 Cup chopped onion
    1 Cup chopped cabbage
    1 Cup chopped carrots
    1 Cup sliced zucchini
    1Tbsp Garlic powder
    1 Tbsp Ginger, ground
    2 Tbsp Lite soy sauce
    2 Tbsp Asian Seseme Dressing

    4 Cups Wild Rice (cooked)

Directions

Coat large skillet or wok with olive oil. Mix in all ingredients (except rice). Allow to cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are bright and just tender.

Place 1 cup of rice with 2 cups of vegetables on top. Salt to taste.
