Ingredients

    Ground beef, extra lean, 500 grams
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Dark Red Kidney Beans 250 ml, 2 cup
    Herbs & Spices Diced Tomatoes (125 ml), 3 cup
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
    Basil, 0.5 tbsp
    Chili powder, 2 tsp
    Pepper, black, 0.5 tsp
    Paprika, 0.5 tsp
    Garlic, 2 tsp

Directions

Brown ground beef first, then brown garlic & onion, then add ground beef.
Add green pepper, tomatoes and spices
Let simmer for 20 minutes
Add kidney beans and let simmer another 10 minutes.
