Introduction

I just halved a regular chili recipe for my husband and I. I just halved a regular chili recipe for my husband and I.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Packet McCormick Chili Seasoning
    1/2 pound of lean ground beef
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 1/3 cup water

Directions

Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain grease and add beef to a soup pot. Add tomato sauce, water, drained kidney beans, and seasoning packet to pot and stir. Heat to boiling. Once boiling, low temperature to low and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve with crackers or cornbread.
