Turkey Italian Sausage Spinach Lasagna

Ingredients

    Turkey Italian Sausage
    Lasagna Noodles (No Bake)
    2 Packages of frozen Spinach (15 oz each)
    16 oz Lowfat Cottege Cheese
    15 oz Part Skim Milk Ricotta Cheese
    Pepper
    Italian Seasonings
    Your favorite brand marinara sauce
    1 Egg
    Parmesan Cheese
    16 oz package fresh sliced baby portabella mushrooms
    2 cloves minced garlic

Directions

1. Preheat Oven on 375 degrees.
2. Brown and Slice turkey italian sausage
3. Steam/Microwave spinach, seasoned with garlic, and pepper. Squeeze excess water.
4. Mix 1 egg, pepper, italian seasonings, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, ricotta and cottage cheeses.
5. In a 9X13 dish, layer a cup of sauce on the bottom on the pan
6. with lasagna noodles (no need to bake!)
7. spread 1/2 ricotta/cottage cheese mixture on noodles.
8. Top with 1/2 sliced sausages, and 1/2 sliced portabella mushrooms.
9. and 1/3 of the remaining mozzarella chese.
10. Repeat steps 5-9.
11. Finish with a layer of noodles, sauce, and top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
12. Cover with aluminum foil, and bake for an hour at 375 degrees.
13. Let rest for 15-20 minutes before serving.
