Vegetable Soup - Revised

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3 chopped stalks of celery
    2 chopped carrots
    1 cup frozen peas
    1 cup broccoli
    Chicken flavor Ramen noodles
    1 cup shredded cheese

Directions

Put all vegetables in a big pot full of water. Add seasonings to taste and bring to a boil. Boil until vegetables are tender about 5-10 minutes. Add the ramen noodles and cook until soft. Drain off the liquid until you have the desired soup consistency you want. Add the chicken seasoning packet and simmer for 5 minutes. Add 1/4 cup of shredded cheese for each serving.

Makes 4 1.5-2 cup servings.
