Ingredients

    1/4 Cup Canola Oil
    2/3 Cup Splenda
    2 Eggs
    3 Cups Dry Oatmea
    2 Tsp. Cinnamon
    1 Tsp. Salt
    1/2 Cup Skim Milk
    1/2 Cup Non Fat Yogurt
    1 Tsp. Vanilla
    1 Tsp. Baking Powder

Directions

Wisk Oil, Splenda and eggs. Add cinnamon, baking powder, salt, vanilla and wisk again. Add oatmeal then milk and yogurt and mix again. Spray 9 in. round pan with non-stick spray. Bake at 350 for 25 min.
