Introduction

I use natural peanut butter because it is not as high in fat and sugar as regular peanut butter. I use natural peanut butter because it is not as high in fat and sugar as regular peanut butter.

Ingredients

    1 whole-wheat flour, low-carb, tortilla
    1 1/2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
    1 tablespoon 100% strawberry all-fruit spread (or favorite flavor)

Directions

Place the tortilla in a medium, nonstick skillet and cook for about 20 to 30 seconds or until warm.

Place on cutting board. Spead peanut butter over surface evenly followed by the fruit spread..

Roll into a tube and sliec into 8 equal pieces.
