1 cup tomto soup 1/4 cup chopped carrots 1/4 cup chopped celery 1 cup cannned mushrooms 1 cup Yves just like ground desired spices
Combine first 4 ingredients and sautee in vegetable spray just until soft. Add Yves Just like Ground and season as desired; I use oregano, basil, salt, pepper, onion and garlic powders and a bay leaf. Bring to a boil and immediately reduce heat - stirring frequently. Simmer for 15 mintes and serve hot over cooked pasta.
