2 Â¼-cups dried penne pasta, whole wheat, cooked
2-cups chopped tomatoes
10 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
4-Tablespoons Olive Oil
1-Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
1-Tablespoon lemon juice
1 Â½-Teaspoons basil
1 dash black pepper
2. Drain the pasta and toss with the tomato mixture.
