1.5 cups unbleached flour
1 c sugar
5-6 T cocoa powder
1/4 t salt
1t baking soda
1/3 c canola oil
Mix together the dry ingredients. IN a seperate bowl, mix the wet ingredients and add to the dry.
Pour in to a greased 8 or 9 inch pan. Bake for around 30 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
