Low Fat Easy Sugar Cookies

Submitted by: DIRAE2

Introduction

I got this from my nutritionist. there is a frosting recipe which I will add but I prefer them just sprinkled with splenda and cinnamon. You can even stact them with raspberry fruit only jam that way and have tarts. the orginal recipe called for lemon not vanilla extract and if I am frosting them I use almond flavoring. there is options galore and they are quite quick and funn to make. Bake on a sprayed cookie sheet fro about 10 minutes or until they start to brown lightly.

Frosting: Mis confectioner's sugar, extract and enough milk to make a spreadable consistencey. frost cooled cookies and sprinkle very lightly with cinnamon.

sprinkle 1/2 of the cookies with splenda and cinnamon and leave 1/2 plain. Put fruit only jam on the plain cookie and top with the one that has splenda and cinnamon.
