1lb. Brussel Sprouts, cleaned, cut in half
1T. LIGHT Olive Oil (not extra virgin)
1 SCANT teaspoon KOSHER Salt
Add 1T. LIGHT Olive Oil and 1/2t. KOSHER salt.
Toss with your hands.
Cover a cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
Heat Oven 375.
Place sprouts in a single layer onto the foil. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until crisp.
Serve warm. Tell your kids these are green monster potato chips.
Do NOT serve to anyone that is watching sodium intake........this might be too much.
