Ingredients:
Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
Tomato Sauce, 1 cup
Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies, 3.5 cup
Red Kidney Beans, 31 oz
Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 2 cup
Chili powder, 2 tbsp (more or less to your taste)
Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
Garlic, 1 clove
Directions
Brown ground turkey - adding onion & garlic while browning. Drain turkey. Add chicken broth, tomatoes & chilies with some of the juice in can. Add kidney beans (rinse & drain from juice), tomato sauce and chili powder. Let simmer for 15-20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste (if needed) Makes approximately 7 - 2 cup servings.
* Note - juice from tomatoes & chilies is hot/spicy. Add to taste - if you add all the juice from the can it can get hot!
