This is a delicious recipy I came up with one morning. It can be made in a flash and fills you up, plus it's low calorie, low fat, and low carb. Ingredients

    1/2 cup 1% Cottage Cheese
    1/3 cup applesauce, unsweetened
    1/4 cup fruit or berries (optional)

Directions

Put cottage cheese on the bottom of a small bowl or a dessert cup. layer applesauce on top. Add fruit, nuts, or other garnishes on top (not included in calorie count). Makes 1 serving.
