Introduction

Easy, tasty hummus to go with veggies or pita. I'm not entirely sure that I have the # of servings correct or not, but it's at least close. I'd say a half of cup or so is a serving. Ingredients

    4 cans garbonzo beans, drained, liquid reserved
    8 cloves garlic, crushed, or 8 tsp minced garlic
    2 TBSP cumin, ground
    1/4 c Sesame Oil
    4 TBSP Lemon Juice

Directions

Put all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend. Add the reserved bean liquid as you go to get the desired consistency of the hummus.
