2 eggs 1/3 c. olive oil 2 c. cooked pumpkin 1/3 c. walnuts, chopped 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 3/4 c. milk 1/3 cup chopped dates 2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. ground cloves 1 tsp. nutmeg 1 tsp. ginger
Mix all together except walnuts and dates until well blended. Fold in nuts and dates. Pour into two loaf pans. Bake at 350Ëš for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Makes 2 standard loaves, 12 servings each.
