4 cups of cabbage 1 small onion 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp black pepper 4 slices turkey bacon dash of salt water
Chop cabbage, onion, and bacon. Place onion and bacon and olive oil in pot and allow to cook until onions soft and bacon cooked through. Add cabbage and pepper. Cover with water. Cover pot and allow to simmer until cabbage is soft.
Delicious! I added 2 minced garlic cloves, 5 sliced mushrooms and used turkey sausage instead of turkey bacon. I didn't add water. I just covered the pan after I added the rinsed cabbage. Sooooo tasty!!
