    Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced (remove)
    Yellow Corn, 30 grams (remove)
    Summer squash, 1 cup slices (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 small (remove)

Directions

Spray pan with 1 T. Olive Oil saute on med high or until tender. Season to taste.
