Introduction

If you've tried the tuna rice stuffed peppers, you'll recognize the base here! It's leftover stuffing, sauteed in olive oil till golden brown. Ingredients

    1cups White Rice, cooked
    .25 cup Celery minced
    2.5 oz. can Starkist Chunk White Albacore in water, drained
    .25 cup Onions, chopped
    1 clove *Garlic, minced
    .25 cup 2% Milkfat, Cottage Cheese,
    .5 oz Parmesan Cheese, grated
    Lemon Pepper to taste

Directions

Prepare rice according to package instructions. Mix in remaining ingredients. Shape into patties and saute in heated olive oil until golden brown and heated through.
