Introduction

MMM good...comfort food. MMM good...comfort food.

Ingredients

    1.5 cups flour
    1 cup of oil
    3 cups of water
    1.5 stalks of celery
    2lbs of stew meat
    16 oz of mixed vegetables
    3 potatoes

Directions

Make a roux with the flour and oil.
Add 3 cups of water.
Add celery, beef, and mixed vegetables.
Let cook for an hour and a half.
Add potatoes and let cook 30 more minutes or until potatoes are done. Makes 15 1 cup servings.
