Ingredients

    1 Medium yellow onion
    1/2 of a boullion cube
    1tsp light butter

Directions

Cut ends off onion leaving the root end intact so it doesn't fall apart.
core very center of onion and place half a boullion cube; top with butter ; wrap in foil and bake for 30-45 min. Over a bowl unwrap onion there will be juice in there which is very tasty so keep it over a bowl.
