Ingredients

    Carrots, raw, 3 medium
    Celery, raw, 3 stalk,
    Onions, raw, 1 small
    Bell Peppers, sweet, red, orange, and green sliced, 1 cup
    Cabbage, fresh, .25 head, small
    Cabbage, red, fresh, .25 head, small
    Mushrooms, cooked, .5 cup pieces
    Canned Tomatoes, 2 can
    Veggie bouillon cubes
    Water

Directions

Chop veggies place in large pot
Add salt and pepper to tasted
Cover with enough water to cover veggies
Boil on high 10 min reduce heat and simmer until veggies are tender

makes about 8-2cup servings
