Oatmeal Spice Cake
Submitted by: LADYPHOENIX61Introduction
I found this while looking through some of my mother's really, REALLY old cookbooks. It looked interesting so I thought I'd put the info in here and see what came up before I made it. I don't think the nutritional info is too bad to be a Spark recipe. I'll substitute 1/2 cup of Splenda brown sugar blend for 1 cup of dark brown sugar and I'm using Smart Balance unsalted butter blend for real butter. The original recipe suggests using a vanilla glaze but I think I'll skip that! I found this while looking through some of my mother's really, REALLY old cookbooks.
