Karen's Rotisserie Chicken Soup

Introduction

Make chicken soup the easy way with a rotisserie chicken! Make chicken soup the easy way with a rotisserie chicken!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    7-8 cups of water
    7-8 bullion cubes - can use chicken or veggie (I use 1/2 of each)
    1 rotissiere chicken, shred/cut into pieces
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2-3 celery stalks, chopped
    1 cup of carrots, in coins
    4 potatoes, cubed
    4 oz of rotini noodles

Directions

Add water to a pot and bring to a boil, and add the bullion cubes. Meanwhile, shred the chicken into pieces and chop all of the veggies. Add the veggies to the boiling water, cook until done - about 15-20 minutes. You can also add any other seasonings to taste. Add the noodles and chicken.
