Chicken and Noodles

Ingredients

    4 eggs
    1 cup Bobs Red Mill Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
    Chicken Stock - abt 2 quarts
    meat from 2 chicken thighs
    4 cups mashed potatoes

Directions

Using flour and eggs, make homemade pasta. Make chicken stock with the thighs and when done, add pasta. Cook until done, adding the chicken back in near end. Serve noodles and chicken and broth over the mashed potatoes.

Serves about 4 people.
