My V-8

Submitted by: FLIP_C

Introduction

This is the most energizing off all the juices I've tried. I love to have this as a mid-day snack. This is the most energizing off all the juices I've tried. I love to have this as a mid-day snack.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia)
    Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    Baby Carrots, raw, 12 large
    Spinach, fresh, 3 cup
Beets, fresh, 1/2 beet (2" dia)
Cucumber (with peel), 1/2 cucumber (8-1/4")
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
Garlic, 1 clove (you could substitute with a sliver of ginger)
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1/2 fruit, strips

Directions

Dice all the veggies into pieces that will fit through the mouth of your juicer.

Alternate soft and hard fruits.

Garlic or ginger should be put through the juicer early for less spice and close to the end for more spice.

Makes 1 8oz glass of juice.
