Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia)
Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
Baby Carrots, raw, 12 large
Spinach, fresh, 3 cup
Beets, fresh, 1/2 beet (2" dia)
Cucumber (with peel), 1/2 cucumber (8-1/4")
Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
Garlic, 1 clove (you could substitute with a sliver of ginger)
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1/2 fruit, strips
Alternate soft and hard fruits.
Garlic or ginger should be put through the juicer early for less spice and close to the end for more spice.
Makes 1 8oz glass of juice.
