Santa Fe Beans & Meat

Introduction

Great over rice or on it's own! Freeze in 1/2 cup servings for a quick lunch. Great over rice or on it's own! Freeze in 1/2 cup servings for a quick lunch.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1/2 lb Extra lean ground pork
    3/4 lb Extra lean ground beef
    1 can (15.5 oz) S & W Santa Fe Recipe Beans
    1 can (15 oz) Petite diced tomatoes
    1 Tb tomato paste
    1/2 cup of water

Directions

Makes 10 1/2 cup servings.

In a large skillet, brown the ground pork and beef until completely cooked. Drain off fat/juices.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Serve over rice if desired. Also good over spaghetti squash.
