Very yummy and filling! If you are not sure what seasonings to use, I used 2 heaping tsp ranch seasoning mix, 2 tsp crushed red pepper, 2 tsp salt, and 1 tsp black pepper. My family dipped these in ranch dressing and hot sauce.
They are also great to serve with a salad! - 11/29/08

This entree is tasty but extra flavor is needed. I threw in several cloves of garlic, some black pepper, and an orange bell pepper. Also, I didn't want to add the oil from frying, so I cooked this on my George Foreman grill. The results weren't pretty. The patties crumbled a bit but were very yummy. - 4/13/08

The recipe only makes 8 4 oz servings...the nutritional value is incorrect. Misleading as 1 patty is almost 2 servings. - 4/21/09

This sound like a great recipe. But wouldn't the "nutrition info" be different depending on whether you used the flax or the psyllium or breadcrumbs? And the breadcrumbs; there are great differences in the nutrition of different kinds. I will measure each ingredient and figure it out myself. - 7/31/09

An old favorite, but I just use egg white, omit cheese, add raw veggies and bake in the oven. - 5/28/09

Good taste and very easy to make. I also add bell peppers. I tried other chopped veggie once, like carrots and celery. I enjoyed it better with the onions. - 7/6/07

We enjoyed this. I cut it in half and scooped it out with an ice cream scoop. This made 8 patties. - 7/11/09

You may want to correct the name of this recipe. Crquet is the game, croquettes are the food. Of course, some cooks may use their croquettes for croquet! - 3/30/07

We loved this. I cut it in half, the 2 of us didn't need 12 patties. But I think I may try topping with a salsa maybe even my zucchini salsa. I plan on keeping this on my dinner list. - 4/23/09

My husband made these for our lunch today. Pretty good! We'd cook it again and add a tiny bit of fresh parsley finely ground for flavor. We used a store-baked chicken and threw out the bones, skin, and excess fat. My son liked it, too! - 3/26/09

Great use of leftover chicken. I had one breast left and all I had to do was quarter everything. Thanks for sharing. - 6/18/09

I'm going to try this using turkey and either salsa or bbq sauce for seasoning. Maybe salsa on top instead of the sour cream. - 1/4/09
