Easy Bean Salad

Introduction

Quick and easy- High protein Quick and easy- High protein
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 14 oz can French style green beans
    1 15 oz can of Garbanzo beans
    1 15 oz can of Northern beans
    1 15oz can of Tri-bean blend
    2 cups of frozen 3 pepper & onion blend
    (You can use fresh peppers and onions(
    1-2 cups celery
    2 Tablespoons Xtra-Virgin Olive Oil
    2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
    2-4 packs non-calorie sweetener such as aspartame or stevia

Directions

Drain all canned ingredients
Mix with pepper mix and celery
Pour over olive oil and vinegar
Sprinkle on sweetener
Toss all ingredients

Let sit for 3 hours or over night, mix occasionally
Makes 4 servings

  • Krishal, sorry I thought the site would automatically list the calories. It's hard to figure all this out, but I will try.
    My total calorie count came to 1620
    With 4 servings it would be 405 calories.
    (That is not including celery, which is minimal. - 1/20/09
